C\u2019est <em>la m\u00e9thode classique<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la m\u00e9thode classique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>demande peu de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>requiert beaucoup d\u2019efforts (temps, ressources, \u00e9nergie),<\/li>\n<li>et produit de maigres r\u00e9sultats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par exemple, lorsque leurs \u00ab\u00a0acquis sociaux\u00a0\u00bb sont menac\u00e9s, les dirigeants d\u2019un syndicat vont organiser des communiqu\u00e9s de presse, des manifestations, des p\u00e9titions, des gr\u00e8ves, des blocages, des slogans, des affiches. Ainsi, le gouvernement se contente-t-il de quelques reculs anticip\u00e9s et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/societes\/2011\/12\/03\/04015-20111203ARTFIG00002-l-argent-cache-des-syndicats.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bakchichs<\/a> pour calmer les ardeurs syndicales et faire passer ses r\u00e9formes.<\/p>\n<h2>Les leviers syst\u00e9miques<\/h2>\n<p>Mes recherches en anthropologie syst\u00e9mique, mes analyses soci\u00e9tales, mes voyages et mes immersions aux marges du syst\u00e8me m\u2019ont amen\u00e9 \u00e0 conceptualiser un tout autre type de solution\u00a0: <em>les leviers syst\u00e9miques<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de s\u2019\u00e9puiser \u00e0 produire une multitude de solutions laborieuses et peu efficaces, l\u2019approche syst\u00e9mique consiste en 3 \u00e9tapes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Analyser<\/strong> patiemment, minutieusement et objectivement le r\u00e9el (\u00e9viter les id\u00e9ologies et les impens\u00e9s) jusqu\u2019\u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir une bonne compr\u00e9hension globale,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rep\u00e9rer<\/strong> les quelques \u00ab\u00a0n\u0153uds syst\u00e9miques\u00a0\u00bb (points de convergences, cl\u00e9s de vo\u00fbte, organes vitaux) de cette architecture globale,<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9laborer<\/strong> des solutions, potentiellement tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9atives, pour infl\u00e9chir ces n\u0153uds afin d&rsquo;obtenir, par effet de levier, une large r\u00e9percussion dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9difice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette approche m\u2019a permis de concevoir des leviers syst\u00e9miques dans des domaines aussi divers que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019\u00e9laboration de placements financiers en accord avec la doctrine sociale et l\u2019encyclique Laudato Si\u2019<\/li>\n<li>la fiscalit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>la participation citoyenne<\/li>\n<li>le recyclage de d\u00e9chets industriels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le potentiel des leviers syst\u00e9mique est tel que je m\u2019interdis de l\u2019utiliser hors d\u2019organisations d\u2019inspiration chr\u00e9tienne visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les souffrances et les pertes et \u00e0 concourir au bien commun.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3915 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/fg_approche_leviers_systemiques_rouge.png\" alt=\"leviers syst\u00e9miques\" width=\"490\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/fg_approche_leviers_systemiques_rouge.png 490w, https:\/\/fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/fg_approche_leviers_systemiques_rouge-300x242.png 300w, https:\/\/fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/fg_approche_leviers_systemiques_rouge-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3023 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fg_methodology.png\" alt=\"m\u00e9thodologie\" width=\"490\" height=\"249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fg_methodology.png 490w, https:\/\/fabricemarie.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/fg_methodology-300x152.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 490px) 100vw, 490px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La m\u00e9thode classique Confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me, les d\u00e9cideurs r\u00e9agissent le plus souvent en mobilisant des solutions connues.
