Nourished by the fairy tales of my childhood and initiated by Theo Coufort, founder of an audacious running club, the need for travel has never left me. And so I went from my teen age immersing myself in the particularities of dozens of countries and sharing, beyond social divisions, the lives of their inhabitants. Walking for weeks, sleeping under the stars, squatting all kinds of buildings, hitch hiking cars, boats and airplanes, moving without money, backpack or phone has been my daily bread for years.
Thanks to adaptation and immersion, I catch local realities and build constructive feedbacks to highlight what may be improved.
Systemic Anthropology
In addition to my travels, I read and met those who have brought back, from beneath the common intellectual surface, relevant analyzes, while shaping my thoughts and ethnographies. My main goal was to understand how we ended up in that mess. From that solitary quest, I have shaped a whole reading grid that I have named « systemic anthropology ».
Systemic anthropology aims to approach the dynamics that move human societies by studying their courses, diversities and effects, by drawing their trees structures and perceiving their roots.
To reveal these great dynamics, I intend to seize them with the right focus: between the far step back and the short detail, between the fog of the too loose and the confusion of endless particularities. Then, I developed them with the meticulousness of a goldsmith, alone in the privacy, the silence and the long hours. Such a requirement can include neither ideology nor complacency.
I have synthesized the fruits of that whole research in a small book available in French.
The Initial Algorithm (IA)
Our universe is a coherent unity having its own logic. As a reminder, the word “universe” comes from the Latin adjective universus which means “all turned toward the same direction”.
If we understand and surf the logic of the universe, rather than swimming against it, we will increase efficiency and longevity, and reduce suffering and losses.
Since 2016, I have been developing a textual algorithm – called Initial Algorithm (IA) – that exposes the common and fractal principles laying in all systems in our universe.
The IA is divided into two sections – On The Common, On The Consciousness –, unifies some fifty principles and deals with concepts such as critical limits, permeability, continuation of existence, entropy, homeostasis, resiliency, consciousness and more.
The IA provides a solid general basis of understanding, which can be adapted to improve any man-made system in any specific field. E.g.: structures and strategies of the organizations, food production, education, health, demography prospective, investment, engineering, policy-making, geopolitics, etc.

Minimalism
As the Tao does, I remove the layers of the unnecessary to get closer to the core.
For long, people have measured success based on how much one owns. Now, we will measure it regarding lightness and silence.

I accompany and help doers to make optimum choices to reinforce the true sustainability of their systems. I also produce original ideas to vitalize their strategies. Being independent allows me to anchor my work in an authentic relationship.
